1 - icebabes.co.uk is an online boutique. However, we are able to process orders, should you prefer to do so, over the telephone

Using the site is easy – search for your product, select your colour, size and quantity where applicable then click on the "Add to Cart" button – these item(s) will be added to your Shopping Bag. You can carry on shopping on our site and add other items to your shopping bag until you are ready to checkout. When you are done shopping and are ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button. If this is your first time shopping with Icebabes you will be asked to register an account. If you are registered with Icebabes, simply sign-in using your username and password.

When viewing the contents of your cart, you may also delete an item by clicking the "Delete Item" button

We process all our payments through Paypal. We do not store your credit card details for added security. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

 
2 - You are only required to register with Ice Babes Ltd. if you are making a purchase. You can access your account at any time by using your login details, username and password. Only you will have access to this information
 
3 - Simply click on "My Account" link at the bottom of the page. Complete all the required fields. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button, part of the checkout process is to login to your current account or create a new account if you do not have an account with us.
 
4 - Click on "My Account" where you can click on the "Recover password" link. Provide us with your registered email address and we will email your password to you. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
 
5 - Yes you can. Log into your account by clicking the "My Account" link and select the "Modify Profile" option. You can then enter your new password and click "Submit". Your new password will be active.
 
6 - Log into your account and select the "Modify Profile" link you will be able to edit your e-mail address, password, e-mail subscriptions and add additional delivery addresses. Once you have made the necessary changes to your account, click "Submit" we will save your new settings.
 
7 - We occasionally offer high-demand items on a pre-order basis so that customers could secure one or more of these items before we actually have the item in stock. This means you pay for this item before it becomes available. Your payment will secure your order and we dispatch your items to you as soon as we receive stock.
